South Kilworth C of E School asked us to replace the tired decking and fencing around their pond. Years of weather had left the old boardwalk and pond edging worn and past their best, and the school wanted the area brought back to a safe, tidy standard for the children.
We stripped out the old decking and fencing and built a new raised timber deck spanning the pond, finished with a horizontal slatted balustrade. New treated-timber picket fencing now encloses the whole pond area, with a matching picket gate on strap hinges to control access. The result is a smart, safe pond space the school can enjoy for years to come.
